Dental Implants
Replacing missing teeth, restoring confidence
A dental implant is a small titanium post that takes the place of a natural tooth root, supporting a crown, bridge or secure denture. It's the closest thing to having your own tooth back — you can eat, speak and smile without a second thought.

Why patients choose it
- Looks, feels and functions like a natural tooth
- Protects the jawbone and preserves facial shape
- No need to reshape the healthy teeth either side
- Secure alternative to loose or uncomfortable dentures
- With good care, implants can last for decades

Assessment and planning
Detailed imaging lets us plan the exact position, angle and depth before anything begins.
- 02
Placing the implant
A precise, carefully numbed procedure. Most patients tell us it was far easier than expected.
- 03

The implant integrates with the bone over a few months, with a temporary tooth where needed.
- 04
Your new tooth
We fit a crown or bridge matched to the shape and shade of your natural teeth.
Questions patients ask
Is having an implant painful?+
The procedure itself is carried out under local anaesthetic and is usually very comfortable. Mild tenderness for a few days afterwards is normal.
Am I suitable for implants?+
Most healthy adults are. We assess gum health and bone volume first, and will always tell you honestly if another option suits you better.
